La Qi Method
Perform targeted self-healing to ease pain or increase energy and find oneness and balance in your life!
Also available in Spanish and German
The La Qi Method is a fundamental method of Zhineng Qigong level 1. It is an intrinsic practise, simple enough for beginners to do and practise feeling Qi, but also a fundamental exercise for an experienced practitioner to master. It is classified as an external Qi exchange practice referring to the energy and information exchange between external Qi and internal Qi. Through practice we learn how to use positive information from the Qi field of the universe, nature, human beings or any other object to eliminate any kind of blockages or leakages in our body.
This method will teach you a simple “open and absorb” movement, hands gather Qi and nourish either the whole body or specific focus areas, such as the Lower Dantian, the Hunyuan Palace, a specific organ or body part. By choosing where to send the Qi, you can focus on where you would like to provide relief or fresh, vital energy. The La Qi method is focused on establishing balance. It will teach you how to better transfer Qi within and without, encouraging oneness with nature, yourself and others. Therefore, regular practise will help you achieve a holistic state of health and well-being .

Chen Qi Method
Learn one of the 8 Qi practice methods, taught by Dr Pang!
Also available in Spanish
The Chen Qi Method is easily adjustable to suite your level of Zhineng Qigong – easy enough for beginners, but can be made more intense by increasing the speed for experienced practitioners. This method uses shoulder movements to give the upper back a massage, improving the function of the lungs and heart by targeting their acupressure points and increasing sensitivity in the hands.
Frequent practice of the Chen Qi method may help release any blockages and open up your meridians so that Qi can flow freely. You will learn how to open the meridians in the hands, by focusing the flow of Qi down to the tips of the fingers, increasing your ability and sensitivity to feel Qi. The Chen Qi method can also improve your ability to mobilize internal Hunyuan Qi and strengthen the external Hunyuan Qi to improve your overall health.

Rolling the Spine Method
Learn the method specifically developed for Westerners and inspired by the Wall Squat Method!
Also available in Spanish
The Rolling the Spine Method is a new Zhineng Qigong method designed to have the same essence and benefits of the Wall Squat method, but easier for us to master. By learning and practicing this method you will be able to loosen the whole spine and waist, open the Min Men, and strengthen the body and the function abilities of the kidneys. Just as with the Wall Squat Method, you will learn to balance the Qi in your body by removing blocked Qi, or Qi in the WRONG channel, allowing it to flow back to its regular state.
This method will allow you to enhance your lower Dantian (your hips and the energy there) so it is perfect for relaxing and opening your lower back, waist and spine. It also helps train willpower of consciousness by grounding, balancing and expanding your Qi channels. It is the perfect method for Westerners to learn before attempting the Wall Squat Method.

The Wall Squat Method is a simple practice and therefore, good for beginners, and is very effective in improving your alignment internally and externally. This exercise is also ideal for more advanced practitioners as it is a fundamental method used to build up your Gong Fu level!
Using your body and a wall, you will learn to guide your body into the correct posture, focusing on the alignment and movement of the spine. Practicing the correct alignment will help relax and strengthen your entire nervous system, especially because of the connection between your spine and the brain. You will also strengthen your body physically, while using the wall as a guide for ease of movement and to avoid strain. Internally, you will learn to massage your organs and naturally adjust the inner organs’ Qi, removing Qi that is flowing in the WRONG channel back to its regular channel.
This method can give you more strength and mobility in your hips and, therefore, the Mingmen as well, however, if you struggle with mobility in your hip joints, maybe check out and try the Rolling the Spine Method first!

Body and Mind Method
Relax your body and expand your mind by taking your practice to the next level!
Also available in Spanish
The Body and Mind Method is the second level of Zhineng Qigong and focuses primarily on the development of the internal Hunyuan Qi. This method uses simple postures, but is more challenging because it will emphasize moving parts of the body that we do not normally move. Frequent practise is useful to overcome the challenge of mastering unifying body and mind. But, these exercises will teach the body and mind to work together, achieving a whole new level of unity and expansion.
You will learn ten sequences of movements and visualizations, , which can be practised isolated or in one session. Practise will help the Qi to harmonize ligaments, muscles, bones and joints in various parts of the body, literally from head to toe. The exercises facilitates the movement and distribution of Qi into the periphery of the body. Stagnant Qi starts to flow again, even in parts of our body which are rarely activated and moved e.g. shoulder blades, hips, ribs and vertebrae. The energy flows freely from deeply inside towards the very ends of the body, e.g. tips of fingers and toes. Tension in muscles and joints are dissolved.
