   2. Teaching Methods and Healing (28–30 Lessons)
      • Covers the head, brain, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, back, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, spleen, pancreas, intestines, kidneys, bladder, reproductive system, immune system, joints, sciatic nerve, and more.
   3. Shaolin Yi Jin Jing Practice (6–8 Lessons)
      • Traditional Chinese method for strengthening the body.
   4. Meditation Techniques
      • Includes breathing secrets, entering meditation, and maintaining the state.
   5. Bigu Health Preservation Method
      • Courses for fasting and health maintenance.
   6. Supernormal Abilities Development (2 Lessons)
   7. Healing for Special Diseases (3 Lessons)
   8. Cultivating Consciousness and Morality
      • Guidance on overcoming prejudice, cultivating harmony, and developing a greater self.
