“Zhineng qigong is an amazing method for bringing benefit to self and others”

Teacher Tao Qingyu was born in 1970 in Jiang Xi province, southern China. As a young boy, he watched his father his father practice Qigong and was immediately enthralled. Then, having a long-lasting interest in traditional Chinese Qigongs, Buddhist and Taoist cultures, he ventured into acupuncture, Tai Chi and Qigong. He did this with the intention to heal himself and others, but soon had the realisation that these practice were incomplete.

That was when he found Zhineng Qigong. In 1996 Teacher Tao went to Hua’Xia Zhineng Qigong Training Centre, the medicine-less hospital, where he trained as a teacher and worked. Since leaving the center, he has travelled throughout world to teach Zhineng Qigong and give healing to people. With a deep desire to pass on his knowledge and experience to other people, he strives to share Zhineng Qigong culture and enable everyone to enjoy life, be happy, free and healthy!
