Introduction to Eye Care with David Ho

The modern lifestyle takes its toll on our eyes with the omnipresent pressures of life and endless screen time. This 2 hour workshop provides an introduction to the basic principles of Zhineng Qigong together with some specific practical exercises/meditations that aid in the recovery of eye function.
