Who This Course is For:
- People with Long COVID, ME/CFS, Post-Exertional Malaise (PEM), or persistent fatigue
- Beginners welcome — no prior Qigong experience required

- Deep Relaxation: Calm your mind and reduce stress
- Qi Cultivation: Connect with life energy and direct energy to support vitality
- Gentle Movement: Simple, slow exercises to improve circulation, mobility, and energy (adaptable to sitting, lying, or standing)
- Mind-Body Connection: Strengthen awareness, emotional resilience, and inner balance
What to Expect:
- PEM-sensitive pacing with breaks as needed
- Exercises are adaptable to sitting, lying, or standing
- Guided meditations and breath-focused practices
- Focus on mindfulness, comfort, and respecting your own boundaries
The online Qigong course via Zoom is offered on a one-month basis. There is no automatic renewal or recurring payment. After each month, you’re welcome to enroll again if it feels right for you.

For U.S. participants, this is normally 11 AM ET / 8 AM PT.
During a brief 1–2 week period in spring, the time difference may temporarily shift by 1 hour, so please check your local time before joining.
Enrollment: one month at a time. After each month, you’re welcome to register again if it feels supportive.
Course Fee
$179 USD per month per person (self-payer)
Includes 8 live online Qigong sessions, 60 minutes each.
