TCM & Qigong Retreat in Switzerland: From Doubt to Dedication

Based on the online course From Doubt to Dedication, this in-person retreat is designed to help participants cultivate determination, discipline, and dedication through the principles and practices of Zhineng Qigong. Over the course of 2 days, participants will gain tools to overcome procrastination, self-limiting beliefs, and unbalanced emotions. This training combines physically and mentally engaging exercises with philosophical teachings from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qigong theory.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced Qigong practitioners, offering a holistic approach that integrates physical movement, emotional intelligence, and philosophical reflection to cultivate mastery, resilience, and self-love.
