World Tai Chi and Qigong Day- with Olivier Rijcken and Sarah Washington

This event takes place on April 26th, 2025. Tai Chi and Qigong enthusiasts and anyone interested can join a teach-in to experience mindful, slow, meditative, and relaxing movements that support health. Participants will be part of the global World Tai Chi and Qigong Day.

The practice will be led by Sarah Washington (Tai Chi) and Olivier Rijcken (Zhineng Qigong)
