Course overview

This course explores insights from Daoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qi Science delves into both introductory and advanced concepts of qi, its connection to higher consciousness, and its applications in healing and transformation. Heart Science examines the philosophical, historical, and practical aspects of awakening, focusing on the heart’s unique qi qualities and the interconnection between personal and collective awakening. Participants will learn methods to directly experience heightened states of consciousness and understand Mingjue (the Awakened Self) and the tian ren he yi state, a sense of oneness with the universe. The course also includes key 5-minute video clips of Dr. Pang from master training classes in China and dynamic movements, such as spine forms and Taiji balls.
