Wisdom Qigong Uncovered

Healing with Music Frequency and Qigong - Lou Padin

Lou Padin combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Zhineng Qigong and sound therapy techniques to facilitate deep healing experiences. In today’s Qigong podcast learn how Lou, an accomplished acupuncturist discovered the benefits of frequency healing and energy healing with sound.

Lou discusses how specific sound frequencies can enhance the Qi field -a central part of the Qi Gong practice – allowing Qigong students and practitioners to have deeper connections and more effective healing. Frequency healing and the addition of music to the sessions became central to Lou’s practice, as she spent years studying how different musical time signatures affect consciousness and healing potential.

Through Dr. Pang’s 8 verses meditation, Lou accesses heightened consciousness to observe how frequencies interact with the Qi field. This led her to develop a method combining qigong with frequency healing, where she identifies blockages causing disease and directs Qi to stimulate natural healing in those areas.

Being mindful of your breath helps you stay present and aware of energy shifts. By merging with frequencies in Zhineng Qigong, you can access new healing possibilities and become more receptive to the Qi field’s healing potential.

Educated in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, Lou Padin discovered that music can support us in harmonizing our own frequencies with that of the Qi Field. This story is about how she enters the Qi Field to receive and send information for healing and to shape her own life. My name is Torsten Lueddecke, and this is the Wisdom Qigong podcast. So, welcome everyone. Today, I’ve got Lou Padin with me.

Lou is based in Argentina, and it’s actually our first guest from Argentina, although she is running an international organization called Mil Grulas, where they have students from many, many countries. But I think it’s all Spanish-speaking, right? Is it? Yeah, all the students are Spanish-speaking. Perfect. And when I connected with Lou, she said, well, we’ve got something that we do a little differently than maybe other teachers. We actually

integrate music into our healing. So, maybe you would like to explore that a little bit so our audience can understand what you’re doing in there. Exactly, yes. Thank you, Torsten, for your interest in our work. Mainly, we use traces to set the Qi Field, but we use music to enhance our frequency to start our work in the field. At the beginning, this started as something new, but I

wasn’t so sure about my work. And this started with Teacher Wei training five years ago, when he invited us to observe our breathing, the time between the breathing, and the seconds. And I started to observe the different timelines in some kinds of music, like Robert Coxon, for example, or some music from movies. Okay. Because that kind of music is very powerful. So, I started to practice with music

alone, not with my students. And I spent my time, like two or three hours per day, observing the different timelines of the music. And something I noticed was that something changed in my brain because I could work in the field. And every day was different, and every day these kinds of techniques started to grow. One day, I wanted to share them with my students in the practice of

Teacher Wei Mingjue. We started to practice healing with these techniques, observing the frequencies and setting the Qi Field. We also started channeling some healing techniques, like medical Qigong practice, and practicing with bowls of Qi, placing them on certain acupuncture points. I am also an acupuncturist. I studied traditional Chinese medicine. My father was a doctor. I developed a super ability from 4 years old. I really liked to play

with a red ballpoint, you know, in the patient has some kind of illnesses. Then I checked with my father, and the illnesses were there. So I developed like I don’t know if you. If you heard about that, the extraocular vision, extraocular vision. Okay, so related to the music and the healing, and these techniques we develop with our students, extraocular vision in the field helps locate the illnesses and

treat with this pulse of Qi and disperse. Mm. Let me see whether I understood everything correctly. Basically, you are using the music which has certain frequencies and helps you to get into a higher state of consciousness to develop your ability to spot where a disease or illness is within a patient. Yes, exactly. And then you use the Qi balls or bolts in order to treat the patient. Yes,

good. Okay, good. Yes, yes. I didn’t expect that I could share this with my students, but my student was really interesting. We are surfing the field at this moment during our healing work and practice in this kind of techniques. It’s really interesting because you think that setting the Qi field means you have done all the work, but setting the Qi field is really the key to enter something

more powerful, more bigger. Teacher Pang developed these eight steps to enter the field, but really is the key. Once you enter, you have everything there. You have all the healing techniques, and you have all the answers. You can receive any information you need. Our work is not only to develop new healing techniques or do healings, it’s about connecting our students to something powerful, to something really unique for

each student, each person. Because once you open the door, it’s really unique. It’s not the same for all the students, you know. Our work is really focused on teaching them to open this door and receive the information and send the information, because you can set your reality, the reality you need. You can find the answer to that question that you are looking for. Now, you said something very

interesting when you said a lot of people, a lot of students think that when they go into the field or through the Eight Verses Meditation, they practice the Eight Verses Meditation. This is it. But what you’re suggesting here is that it is only the door opener. Then you have all the space in front of you to create all the amazing things that you’ve just described. How would you

suggest a student who is really doing good work and is using the Eight Verses Meditation to get into the field? What is the next step for that student in order to discover all these things that you described? Our teachers that we are working with, like Teacher Wei, Teacher Jianshe, and Teacher Chen, teach us tools that are very powerful because you can use them once you enter this new

world. To the field, Teacher Wei teaches us a lot of things that are very interesting, like doing the printing with the Lower Dantian in the field. From my experience, this is one of the powerful exercises. Because you can stabilize your frequency and do a perfect merging. Once you do a perfect merging, you can receive what you need. Because this kind of energy is really smart. You are going

to receive, or only you can receive. You are preparing to receive. Because many students, and this is something that I reinforce when I teach, they think that they can do things this and this and this and this. But you, you need only to relax and do a perfect margin and be prepared to receive what you need in this moment. It’s all about frequency, Torsten. It’s all about frequency.

It’s the frequency that you can support, so that is what I want to point out. When you speak about merging with the Qi Field, it means you have to be on the same frequency in order to be able to merge, right? Exactly. Because otherwise, there is no merging. And then when you’re on the same frequency and you are merged and you are in the Qi Field, then it

is easy to perceive all this information and to send this information, right? Yes, right. That brings me back to the music. So in which way are you using music to get there? Observing each moment of the music, because observing each moment of the music is similar to observing your breathing. And you can be in the present moment, but in a frequency, in a higher frequency. Not just observing

your breathing, it’s like you can be in a frequency higher, you know, and this seems that it’s easier to do the merging or a stronger merging. It’s like tuning a frequency. It’s like in a radio. And once you do this merging, you can receive any techniques, okay, you are looking for, or you can ask, or you can set your own Qi Field in the field. So this is

something new, because once you enter the field, you can set your own Qi Field, putting in some information. For example, you can work by putting in some information, for example, your perfect healing place. Like a forest, like a beach. And then you can work with another you in another frequency, a higher frequency. It’s not your body; it’s another thing. And you can do your healing, and this can

affect your physical body faster. So we are doing this in our work. We are playing this in this way; we have a way you can discover Qigong. So at the Zhineng Qigong Students Hub, we know that understanding Qigong is very important and also that Zhineng Qigong in itself has various nuances that people can’t easily comprehend. So we’ve approached it in the style of a video game. On this

page, discover Qigong; you can select your character. So you can either be a beginner, a practitioner, or a holistic healer or self-healer. And you click on your character, and it takes you to these different sections. In these sections, you can explore the nuances, and when you click on a card, all of the resources pop up, and we’ve made it really fun, and not many people know about it.

So if you are interested, have a look and discover Qigong. So it’s also your way of creation, right? Because, as you said, you create your own. You call it, you create your own shield. But what you really do is you put your information, your— you use your conscious consciousness to create what you would like to create. And that can obviously be in the area of health, but it

can obviously also be in other areas of your life. Yes, exactly. Because you can manifest anything you need. I could experience it myself; I could change my life completely, because of health, financial state, relationships, and the perfect work. Because working with our students and with our teachers is really beautiful, and can work in this way. So at the China travel that we are going to do together, right?

It’s really, really good. It’s amazing, huh? Yes, yes. You can manifest the life you want to have there. Now our teacher gives us the tools, only the tools. But you can play with these tools, right? You can create. And when you talk about the frequencies, and when you talk about the music, is it a specific frequency that you are looking for? You know, can we—is there certain songs

or certain frequencies in the songs that are important? Or can you basically use any music that you enjoy? No, no, no, no, no. You need to feel, but you don’t just feel; it’s like sensing. This is the work of our teacher. Then you are going to feel that something happens, and when something happens. When I spend sometimes maybe several minutes before the session starts, okay? Or before my

practice starts, my daily practice, my personal practice starts. Because I practice for about one hour and a half or two hours in the morning and sometimes at night as well. And I spend some time looking for the music. How do I know if it is the perfect music? Talking about the frequency that we need to work with is because I can feel it in my heart. Something happens;

it’s a really extreme, strange sensation. It’s a real rare sensation in this area. So I know it is. Is that the perfect music, the perfect frequency? And I used to do this test just several minutes before the session starts. Because I need to not only search for the perfect music for me, it’s for the group. So several minutes, maybe sometimes hours, I started to feel my group, the

state of my group. We used to work in that way. We can search for the perfect frequency music to work in that way. But mainly, we need to—I need to search. The music can be different depending on which state you are in or which state the group is in. It can be a different tune, a different song, depending on, you know, what the current state is, right? Yes,

exactly. Because I started to receive the information of what we need to work on. Sometimes we have some students that he is not, or she is not feeling so good. You know, Torsten, we have one student who was in coma for two weeks. We used to work in that way to help her during this state. It’s really interesting what she could feel during that state in a coma

in our work because we could work together. She is also a student of Teacher Wei Qifeng. She said to us that she felt supported in that experience. What she told us was the practice we did together because she shared with us. Her sister was also in another country and had a panic attack. Once she entered the coma state, she needed to take an airplane and fly to Argentina.

We help her to afford this situation. We said that she felt, and we started to work in this way. And she could feel also what we were doing. And this is really powerful because it’s not the techniques, it’s not the music, it’s your own frequency. It’s what you can do in this state. Once you enter the field, it’s amazing. So the real power is within you once you

enter the field. And then you can use it for the benefit of, you know, in this case of your student who was in a coma and who obviously received this information because she was able to share about it once she got back on track and got her health, right? Yes, we used to work every day with her, and we received the information from her in the field. And

we worked. For example, the kidneys are not working, the heart is not working, the liver is not working. So we started to work with this in this way with the organs, right? So it’s really powerful what Teacher Pang developed. What our teachers are doing are not only techniques; they are really powerful tools. It’s not only the methods; it’s not only level one, level two. It’s a life system.

Because you can apply this like a new way of life. It’s not practicing one hour per day, two hours per day. It’s not only a session with our teachers, with our instructors. You can apply this all day. It’s a new system of life, right? Right. So it’s our main goal to teach our students to discover this, discover themselves, this power inside of them. Now, this is an important

point that you’re making because we have many, many people for whom Zhineng Qigong is half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening when they do the exercises, and then they start their day, and they’re completely different people. They are back to all the rage and all the issues and all of that. Now, how do you—I mean, obviously, it’s about creating an awareness that

Qigong is 24 hours, seven days. Yes. And how is there any way you support your students so that they have this awareness switched on when they go through their daily lives and face everyday problems? Is there anything you could share with the audience here? Yes, the work that Teacher Wei is doing, Thorsten, observing the Mingjue state is the key because I know this because my father was an

anesthesiologist. We used to spend many hours during my life with him—because he has already died—talking about the brain. And this is something that the brain wakes up when you observe yourself. It’s the beginning of this work. So you need to spend at the beginning observing a lot of time, part by part, like the way Teacher Wei is doing. Okay. It’s the beginning, too. The brain can modify its

structure and can integrate many things, like typing on the computer or driving. But this is something about perception, and this is something that the brain starts to activate. But the main point, the beginning, is observing—spending time at the beginning doing these exercises, observing yourself, observing part by part, or focusing on one part of your body, one Dantian, for example. But you need to spend time on that because

your attention can disperse. You cannot be too much time on one thing. And the most important thing is to be in the present moment. But you need to train this. You train it like you described when you’re working with the teachers, for example, and they teach you how to do it, and you do your own practice. But in my opinion… In my experience, it’s also something that you

can quite easily do all day long because observation is so often overlooked. Now, if I react in a certain way in traffic, for example, or I get angry because the waiter brings me the wrong food or something like that, or I get annoyed here or there, simply by observing myself in this moment, I already change something. I already take off the anger because now I’m just observing what

I’m doing here. And by observing it, I automatically change my state and my reaction, my behavior. Exactly. So I think that’s why observation is not just an exercise that I do; it is something about how I go through life. And that is also quite simple. It’s not a complicated thing to observe what you’re doing because you’re always with yourself, so you see what you’re doing. But it’s important

there to tell people again that observation does not mean judgment. It doesn’t mean, “Oh, you know, stupid me, I’ve again been in a rage” or something like that. That’s not observation; observation is just observing what’s going on and leaving it there. And that simple fact is the exercise. I think that, yeah, you can do without it actually being an exercise because it’s just what you do when you

go through life. And that will bring you to this state that you are describing, which opens so many doors and makes it easier for you to perceive things. Because you’re used to observing and you’re used to perceiving. Observation is an act of perception, and, yeah, you just see what’s happening. Observe your bodily reactions, observe your thoughts, your feelings, and that’s something you can really do 24 hours a

day without effort. Yes, exactly. And this is really interesting because I discussed this with Teacher Wei two years ago. This kind of work you can translate into dream time; you start to observe your own dreams, and you enter another new process of healing during dreams. This is something that, once you open this door, the process starts and doesn’t stop anymore. It’s really amazing and brings us to a

completely new topic. Lou, are you doing that? Are you observing your dreams? Yes. Perfect. I think we’ve got the perfect topic for the next episode where we explore the whole dreams because, for many of us, including me, it’s a big miracle to learn a little bit more. And you obviously have a history, a background of being a very perceptive young woman who receives information. So I trust this

could be a really interesting and exciting discussion that the two of us might have in the future. Thank you, Torsten. Lou, before we go obviously, I mean, you mentioned two teachers and their work that has helped you tremendously to get where you are. And I just want to make sure our audience knows that both of these teachers have some exciting courses coming up. You mentioned Teacher Wei. He’s

got basically a whole year where he does a course now that starts in February, so people can find the link to that course in the show notes. It’s online, so everybody can participate. And then Master Chen is having this beautiful trip in China where he combines some sightseeing and learning about Chinese culture, but obviously with the core of his work on inner perception. You will also find the

link in the show notes. And last but not least, for all the Spanish speakers in particular, we will have your details in the show notes. So anybody who’s interested in learning more about it or joining your groups of students and benefiting from what you’re doing there can join you in these trainings. Thank you. Welcome. Right, thank you. Okay, well, thank you very much, Lou. That was really fascinating—a

new world for me, what you opened up here, and some very new perspectives. I think there are incredible points that hopefully have a lot of potential to help people around the world. And yeah, thank you for the work that you’re doing here. You’re certainly on the forefront of what is happening in Zhineng Qigong. Thank you. Thank you, Torsten. We trust you enjoyed this conversation, and we invite you

to subscribe to our podcast so we can stay in touch and notify you of future episodes. We will end today’s episode with the Eight Verses Meditation performed by Zhineng Qigong teacher Katrien Hendrickx. Enjoy.
