The Chen Qi Method is easily adjustable to suite your level of Zhineng Qigong – easy enough for beginners, but can be made more intense by increasing the speed for experienced practitioners. This method uses shoulder movements to give the upper back a massage, improving the function of the lungs and heart by targeting their acupressure points and increasing sensitivity in the hands.

Frequent practice of the Chen Qi method may help release any blockages and open up your meridians so that Qi can flow freely. You will learn how to open the meridians in the hands, by focusing the flow of Qi down to the tips of the fingers, increasing your ability and sensitivity to feel Qi. The Chen Qi method can also improve your ability to mobilize internal Hunyuan Qi and strengthen the external Hunyuan Qi to improve your overall health.
